and I regret to inform you in this connection that

the Chinese wireless station in Bias Bay has been

dismantled and taken to Canton for use in the present

hostilities against Kwangsi.

8. At the date of writing Swatow appears still

to be held by General Tsui King-t'ong for the Kwangsi

party.
